Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library works to support the Library by sponsoring fundraising and awareness-raising events, such as the Adult Winter Reading Program, 5K and 10K run/walk at Tonganoxie Days, and the Halloween Party.  To join or for more information, contact the Library at (913) 845-3281.

Benefits of the $5.00 yearly dues include:

No limits on book borrowing
Extended loan period of 5 weeks for books

Meetings are held at the Tonganoxie Public Library on the Second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

Volunteers

The Library would not be able to function without the help and dedication of our volunteers.  Volunteers work the circulation desk, help with special projects, and prepare books for check-out.  If you are interested in volunteering at the Library, contact Royce Kitts at 845-3281.
