Bunny Cakes by Rosemary Wells was chosen as this year’s book for the Kansas Reads to Preschoolers state-wide program.

Join us this Friday at 3:30 p.m. to make some cool beaded book marks with glass beads.  Food provided.  This is part of our Teen “Creature Feature” Summer Reading Program.

Kudos to the staff at NEKLS for setting up this new program – Kansas Libraries on the Web.  We can completely revise our Web site, making it look completely professional, all from the Web.  No more FrontPage!  Thank you Brenda and Liz.

You can sign up for time to come to the Library and read quietly to Maizie, a golden retriever and excellent listener.  Contact the Library today to register for your 15 minute session.  Days: Wednesday, June 21, Wednesday, June 28 and the last two Wednesdays in July.
